Our Packages

The Meadow Collective is located in Utah County, Utah. We are willing to travel within a 50 mile radius of Pleasant Grove, UT but would be willing to discuss further travel for an additional cost.


A La Carte

Hand select each individual arrangement and décor item you would like to use for your event. You can view the individual cost of our available items on the Inventory tab. Select this option when submitting your inquiry form then list the items you are interested in renting.

This package is best for small events that only need a few arrangements, tablescapes, or centerpieces. We recommend this package when selecting fewer than 15 items. Minimum cost of $500


Small to Medium Venue Package — starting at $1,000

Our Small Venue Package provides 10 to 15 large/medium arrangements, centerpieces and tablescapes for up to 10 medium sized tables (picture frames, candles & candlesticks), large ground arrangement and a metal arch frame for signage.

This package is best for small to medium sized venues. Most often referring to backyards or single room spaces under 3,000 sq. ft.


Large Venue Package — starting at $1,500

Our Large Venue Package includes 20+ large/medium arrangements, centerpieces and tablescapes (picture frames, candles & candlesticks), for up to 20 tables, metal signage frame for outdoor or indoor signage, large and small ground arrangement.

This package is best for multi-room or large outdoor spaces that are more than 3,000 sq. ft.

From there, we tailor everything to you. Swap pieces in and out, choose your style, and create a look that fits your vision, event, and budget.

Collaborate & Refine

We work closely with you to gather your event timeline, layout, and expectations. Through ongoing communication and planning, we refine every detail together.

Review & Execute

Before your event, we’ll have a final consultation to confirm everything is perfect. Then we handle delivery, setup, and takedown — so you can simply enjoy your day.
